Shipping & Processing Policy

Fulfillment Timeline vs. Transit Time

Because our treats are baked fresh to order without artificial preservatives, your order requires processing time before it can be handed to a shipping carrier.

Fulfillment Time: Orders take 3 to 4 business days to be freshly baked, cooled, carefully packed, and prepared for transit.

Transit Time: Once your package leaves our facility, it is shipped via expedited carrier delivery with an estimated transit time of 2 to 3 business days.

Weekend Prevention Shipping Schedule
To ensure your baked goods arrive fresh and do not sit in a carrier warehouse over the weekend, we only ship packages Monday through Wednesday.

Due to our 3–4 day fulfillment window, any orders placed after Wednesday will be pushed to the following week's production schedule. This ensures your perishable items move continuously through the carrier system without stopping.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
You will receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as your label is printed. You are entirely responsible for monitoring this tracking link and ensuring someone is present to accept the package immediately upon delivery. Baked goods left outside in heat, humidity, or inclement weather will spoil, and we are not liable for unattended deliveries.

Incorrect Addresses & Carrier Mishandling
Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. We cannot modify shipping addresses once fulfillment begins, and we do not issue refunds for address errors.

All shipments are subject to a standard shipping contract. This means the risk of loss passes entirely to you (the buyer) the moment the carrier accepts the package. We package our goods securely, but we are not financially responsible or liable for carrier delays, lost parcels, or physical damage caused by carrier negligence.

Where We Ship
  • Florida Residents Only: We exclusively ship our freshly baked goods to physical addresses within the state of Florida.
  • No Out-of-State Shipping: We cannot fulfill or ship orders to addresses outside of Florida due to local cottage food regulations.
  • No P.O. Boxes: We require a physical street address to guarantee prompt delivery and product freshness. [1]
